Cancellations and Refund Policy

At Throughlocals, we prioritize a flexible cancellation policy to enhance the experience for both guests and hosts. Here’s how it works:

Guest Cancellations

  • Refunds depend on the product, as per the host’s policies, because every product is different. Check the FAQ section of the product for specific refund policies.
  • Individual(s) already consumed/consuming alcohol or substances will be removed immediately and will not receive a refund.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels an activity, we will either reschedule it or provide a similar experience. If neither option is suitable, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that some fees may be non-refundable.

Emergencies

In cases of emergencies, such as severe weather or travel restrictions, we will collaborate with guests to find a suitable solution, which may include full refunds or rescheduling.
