Job Description:
Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Make outbound/inbound sales calls to leads and guide them to the right experiences
- Handle WhatsApp and email communication with potential customers
- Convert leads to bookings by understanding their travel intent and offering tailored suggestions
- Coordinate with the operations team and hosts for seamless experience delivery
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up sheets, and lead status regularly
- Share feedback, insights, and ideas to improve the sales funnel and user journey.
