Amazing trek in the Longwood Shola The trek was beautiful. It was an enjoyable experience walking through the jungle, the guides were very good. The weather was misty and we did not have the opportunity to spot many birds, nevertheless, it was an amazing experience. Will definitely return for another trek.

Underrated trek in Kotagiri I went for 9AM slot and I was the only person for that time slot. At the entrance there was a Malabar squirrel. It had rained the night before so the forest was wet and most of the trek seemed like a nice walk with bird sounds from the forest until we heard some heavy thud and then found fresh tiger faeces on the path. The forest is dense and you can't see very far because of the curves. It is an easy trek but it's not just a walk in the forest, there are all types of animals (mentioned at the entrance) and Tiger, Panther and Leopard sighting is common according to the guide so be aware of the risk. I got the things mentioned in the package but didn't get any snacks and I didn't ask because it was anyway a short trek. The guide was very friendly and cool.
